This document is intended to establish the rules for the processing of data that include, for example, the operations of collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, disposal, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction of data collected from USERS,in addition to the recording of their activities, in accordance with applicable laws.
1.1. For the purposes of this document, the following definitions and descriptions shall be considered for their best understanding:
Account: It is the way in which the USER is represented when accessing certain restricted areas, exclusive functionalities of the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX,usually corresponding to a set of data that represents the USER (such as registration data) and other relevant data to ensure dc matrix's most appropriate and complete relationship with the USER (such as recording the activities performed by the USER on the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX).
Cookies: Small files or data packets sent by DC MATRIX to the USER's device to identify and collect information that will help DC MATRIX improve the services provided to the USER.

Credentials: It is the set of data that the USER uses to authenticate when accessing certain restricted areas and/or unique functionalities of the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX. Typically such data is login and password, but may include additional data that assists in the authentication process.
Data: Anonymized Data Set and Personal Data.
Anonymized Data: This is information that, alone or in conjunction with other Anonymized Data, does not allow the identification of a person, considering the use of reasonable technical means and available at the time of its processing. They may include gender, age and geolocation (such as the city you are in) and statistical data.
Personal Data: This is information related to the identified or identifiable natural person. They may include, for example, name, address, email, telephone number, debit/credit card number, IP address, and geolocation data.
IP address: Internet Protocol address associated with the device used by the USER. Each IP Address corresponds to an alphanumeric set that, along with other information, helps to identify only the device that the USER is using to access the internet and therefore to access websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX.
Applicable Legislation: Means the legislation applicable to the relationship between DC MATRIX and the USER,which may vary on account of(i) place of provision of the services; (ii) place of residence or residence of one of the Parties, including the USER himself; (iii) other factors pointed out in specific legislation.
Logs: Records of user activities performed on the websites, applications and services provided by DC MATRIX.
2. Data Collection
We collect user data as it provides us, directly or indirectly, in access ing and using the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX or by partners who have been duly authorized by DC MATRIX (and who follow the data privacy guidelines of DC MATRIX in accordance with this policy).
2.1. The Data will be collected:
(i) when voluntarily inserted or submitted by users on the websites, applications and services offeredby DC MATRIX, such as account creation,navigation, interaction with content and acquisition of services;
(iii) when the Data is submitted in an automated manner and without the need for any action by users,such as through Cookies; or
(iv) of partners who have obtained authorization to share them with DC MATRIX.
2.2. The information that DC MATRIX collects may include, but is not limited to:

2.3. DC MATRIX is not responsible for the veracity, inveracity or outage in the information and Data provided by the USER, and it is the responsibility of the USER to provide them accurately and update them. DC MATRIX may periodically request that the USER update the information provided and the Data provided.
2.5. DC MATRIX will also record the activities performed by the USER on the websites, applications and services provided by DC MATRIX by creating logs that may include, but are not limited to:
(i) USER IP address;;
(ii) (ii) Actions made by the USER on the websites, applications and services providedby DC MATRIX;
(iii) Addresses of the pages and screens accessed by the USER on the websites, applications and services providedby DC MATRIX;
(iv) Dates and times of each user action on the websites, applications and services provided by DC MATRIX,in additionto the access you make to the pages and screens and the tools and functionalities you use;
(v) Information about the device used by the USER, operating system version, browser, among other installed applications and software;
(vi) Session and User ID, when available;
(vii) Type of USER connection, such as Wi-Fi or cellular networks (EDGE, 3G and 4G, for example);
3. Use of Data
Data may be accessed only by DC MATRIX,partners, subcontractors and authorities. However, if the USER accesses functionalities or partner sites, it will be subject to the practices and policies of these partners. We also list the uses we will make of the Data collected from users.
3.1. The Data collected from users may be used for the following purposes:
(i) Identification, authentication and authorization;
(ii) Adequately respond to requests and questions, as well as provide support to USERS;
(iii) Keep up-to-date registrations for contact purposes by telephone, e-mail, SMS, direct mail or other means of communication;
(iv) Improve the use and interactive experience during browsing the websites, applications and services providedby DC MATRIX;
(v) Perform statistics, studies, research, project planning and surveys relevant to the activities and behaviors of the USER when using the websites, applicationsand services providedby DC MATRIX,performing such operations in ananonymized manner with Anonymized Data;
(vi) Promote the services of DC MATRIX and its partners, in addition to informing about news, functionalities, content, news and other information relevant to the maintenance of the relationship with DC MATRIX;
(vii) Safeguard DC MATRIX's rights and obligations related to the use of the websites, applications and services provided by DC MATRIX;
(viii) Collaborate and/or comply with a court order or request by administrative authority, as well as meet obligations to report preventively certain activities to competent authorities;
(ix) Continue with payment requests made by users;
(x) (x) Send newsletters and emails that the USER has expressly agreed to receive;
(xii) Share payment information between DC MATRIX companies, aiming to facilitate the user experience when using the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX; and
(xiii) Consult the Data in private and public bureaus to verify that it is correct, update or request additional data.
3.2.2. DC MATRIX undertakes to safeguard the financial and banking secrecy of its customers and USERS by not sharing this information with companies with which the USER has not agreed. The USER acknowledges that DC MATRIX is obliged tocomply witha number of legal obligations as a result of applicable law relating to the identity of its clients and the origin of the funds it operates. In this way, DC MATRIX is authorized to request, and the USER is obliged to provide, additional documents and information, including to carry out procedures of know-your-client and prevention of money laundering. The information obtainedby DC MATRIX in response to the questions pointed out will be treated as confidential information. DC MATRIX is authorized toshare data required by applicable law with competent authorities and with third parties who need access to the Data to prepare/validate reports on the activities of DC MATRIX under said legislation.
3.5. Anonymized Data may be collected, processed, stored, used, transferred and disclosed for any purpose, regardless of the USER's authorization.
3.6. DC MATRIX has business partners who can offer services through features or websites accessed from the websites, applications and services provided by DC MATRIX. The Data provided by the USER to these partners shall be the responsibility of the partners, thus being subject to their own practices of obtaining and using Data,without the burden of DC MATRIX in relation to this Data.
3.7. . DC MATRIX values the security and inviolability of user credentials. For this reason constantly searches and monitors the Internet in its various layers for the purpose of identifying, collecting and treating for validation purposes (authentication tests) logins and passwords potentially belonging to USERS that have been improperly published on the Internet by third parties.
4. Data Storage
The Collected Data is stored in a secure location. At any time the USER may request the display, correction or deletion of his Data. Except in specific cases, we may retain the Data collected for law enforcement, auditing and preservation of rights for as long as necessary to fulfill these responsibilities.
4.1. The Collected Data will be stored in a safe and controlled environment. However, considering that no security system is foolproof, DC MATRIX disaggeherates itself of any liability for any damages and/or losses arising from failures, viruses or database intrusions of the websites, applications and services offered by DC MATRIX,except in caseswhere it has intent or guilt. 4.2. 5. General Provisions:
We may update this document at any time. So check it frequently. If we outsource any activity, we will ensure that the contracted companies obey all the provisions of this document.
5.1.1. In the event of updates in this document, DC MATRIX will notify the USER through the tools available on the websites, applicationsand services providedby DC MATRIX and/or means of contact provided by the USER. The USER will be bound by the new terms of this document from the delivery of the notification of the updates.
5.3. In the event of the processing of any Data collected by DC MATRIX, they must comply with the conditions set forth herein and the Information Security standards of DC MATRIX, mandatorily.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In any lawsuits applies the Brazilian law and the fore of the city of São Paulo, unless specific to the Applicable Legislation (such as the domicile of the USER).
